Darren Goldberger is an award-winning litigation attorney with the law firm Brandon J. Broderick, Attorney at Law. Darren’s areas of practice include personal injury, insurance defense, Worker’s Compensation, employment law, contract law, subrogation, landlord/tenant, collections and criminal defense. Beginning as staff counsel for a large national insurance company, Darren has appeared in Federal Court, Superior Court of New Jersey, Federal Bankruptcy Court and various municipal courts. Darren has tried over fifty cases to verdict, participated in hundreds of arbitrations and sat in on more than five-hundred depositions during his career.

Goldberger was born in New Jersey and raised in South Florida. He began working at the age of fourteen as a bag boy and would go on to work in numerous service industry positions during high school and college. Attended Coral Springs Highschool in Coral Springs, Florida, graduating in 1993. Was a member of the high school debate team, specializing in extemporaneous speaking. Graduated in 1997 from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications/Radio and TV Broadcasting. Worked for WUFT 89.1 as a reporter and news broadcaster, including six months as the host of the afternoon news program. Attended Rutgers-Camden University School of Law and graduated in 2002 with a Juris Doctorate. Spent one-year during law school interning for Tycom, a subsidiary of Tyco International. Bartended at the local Camden watering hole Hanks, which was a popular hang-out for law students at Rutgers-Camden at that time.
Attorney Darren Goldberger now lives in Jersey City with his wife and daughter.
