Mr. Kenneth W. Thayer has been a practicing trial attorney for 20 plus years. Mr. Thayer has tried numerous civil jury and workers’ compensation trials to completion. Mr. Thayer has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants. His current practice is solely dedicated to the representation of individuals in personal injury matters. Areas of practice include: workers compensation claims, transportation injury claims, premise liability claims, medical malpractice and vaccine injury claims.
Mr. Thayer graduated from the following institutions:
Providence College with a B.A. degree in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration.
Seton Hall University School of Law with a J.D. degree.
Mr. Thayer is licensed to practice law in the states of New Jersey and Arizona and before the United States District Court -District of New Jersey, the United States Court of Federal Claims, and the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Thayer is a member of the Mercer County Bar Association; the Mercer County American Inn of Court; the New Jersey Association for Justice; the American Association for Justice and the Vaccine Injury Petitioner’s Bar Association.
Mr. Thayer sits as a certified civil arbitrator serving in the Mercer County Superior Court.
In his free time Mr. Thayer enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, playing guitar and spectating at his children’s travel baseball and gymnastic competitions.
