Our team is seeing a dedicated and highly organized back-office receptionist! Brandon J. Broderick is a fast-paced, high-performing personal injury law firm, where our clients are our top priority.  A successful candidate is bilingual and will act as the first point of contact with our clients over the phone and therefore has an ability to greet clients with professionalism, warmth and empathy! 

This position is in office Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally and courteously manage a high volume of incoming calls.
  • Respond promptly to a large volume of answering service emails, maintaining accuracy and efficiency in communication.
  • Direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or team members, ensuring a smooth and seamless client experience.
  • Welcome clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive and lasting first impression.
  • Accurately record client information, take detailed messages, and deliver them to the appropriate staff member.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling and manage the firm’s calendar with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive client information.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a reception or customer service role, preferably within a law firm or fast-paced office setting.
  • Bilingual- Spanish speaking, preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and phone etiquette.
  • Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle emotionally sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office software.
Compensation Range:
$18$21 USD

Benefits: Full Time Employees and Part Time Employees over 30 hours per week
