Our HR team is growing!  We are looking to bring on a HRIS/Generalist who will provide expertise and guidance in various HR functions. As HRIS/Generalist you will play a crucial role in enhancing organizational effectiveness by improving employee engagement and supporting company growth through effective HR practices. Successful candidates will have a roll-up your sleeves mentality, ready to jump into different areas of the team’s needs. Our main goal is to effectively improve our employee experience and satisfaction through meaningful staff surveys, development enhancement training, and brand ambassadorship programs. 

Responsibilities

  • Update HRIS ADP Workforce Now database; Time & Attendance, Employee Profiles, Performance Management, Employee Surveys, Benefits, Reporting and Analytics and more.  
  • Run reports and create and maintain dashboards. 
  • Manage the onboarding process for all new hires. 
  • Manage benefits and 401k administration including enrollment, employee communication, and compliance working with 3rd party vendors. 
  • Ensure and maintain compliance and labor laws. 
  • Maintain data consistency and accuracy in ADP, updating employee records. 
  • Analyze data and reporting trends ensuring data quality and integrity. 
  • Implement process improvements ensuring compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations. 
  • Develop, distribute, and analyze employee surveys to assess engagement and satisfaction. 
  • Provide support for onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. 
  • Lead initiatives to improve employee retention, engagement, and workplace culture. 
  • Lead training for employees and managers on how to use the ADP system. 
  • Lead the continuous evaluation and evolution of HR systems. 
  • Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications and Skills 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. 
  • 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience. 
  • Strong expertise in different HRIS Systems and migrations. 
  • Strong knowledge of benefits administration and 401(k) plan management. 
  • Skilled in creating and managing employee surveys and analyzing results. 
  • Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Curiosity, Flexibility, and Persistence to solve problems, with a continuous improvement mindset.

The anticipated base pay listed is a range, actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of our total compensation and competitive benefits package, which includes discretionary bonus, 401(k), paid time off, and health benefits.

Compensation Range:
$75,000$85,000 USD

Compensation: The base salary or hourly range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to; prior relevant experience, business needs and market factors. Additionally, salary wages are only part of the total compensation package.
