Dave began his career practicing in the areas of negligence defense litigation and plaintiff's personal injury litigation in the state and federal courts. He represented both institutional and private clients in a wide array of matters including workers compensation, medical malpractice, architect and engineer malpractice, product liability, construction and environmental litigation, premises liability, and automobile negligence. His success led him to be named a partner at a high-profile firm in New Jersey and be designated as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court.

In addition to his experience and success advocating for his clients on the plaintiff side, Dave also has extensive leadership experience after founding and managing a full-service litigation staff counsel office for one of the nation's largest insurance companies.

A life-long resident of New Jersey, Dave grew up in Ridgewood and has resided in Branchburg for the last 28 years with his wife while raising four kids. He was elected to the Branchburg Township Board of Education where he served for nine years as a member and as board president, working to support educational opportunities for all students in the district. In his spare time, Dave enjoys time with his family, fitting in a round of golf and playing his guitars.
