Attorney Charles H. Lynch concentrates his practice in the field of Personal Injury Protection law. He has been a practicing attorney in New Jersey for over 30 years.
Mr. Lynch started his legal career as a Deputy Attorney General under New Jersey Attorney General W. Carey Edwards. He has extensive personal injury litigation experience and has tried complex cases on behalf of both Plaintiffs and Defendants. Mr. Lynch has also handled Personal Injury Protection matters for most of his career.
Mr. Lynch has served as a Court appointed arbitrator in multiple New Jersey counties. He has also served as a Dispute Resolution Professional (DRP) in Personal Injury Protection matters for the National Arbitration Forum and Forthright New Jersey.
Mr. Lynch graduated from Kean University in 1983 with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Management Science.
Mr. Lynch received his Law Degree from Seton Hall University in 1986.
Mr. Lynch has been a member of the New Jersey Bar for over 30 years.
