Long Island Aquarium
This FINtastic destination features one of the largest all-living coral reef displays in this hemisphere, a 120,000-gallon shark tank, year-round sea lion shows, African Penguins, Marmosets, numerous touch tanks and more than 100 exhibits including the lavish indoor gardens of our Butterflies, Bugs and Birds Exhibit! This section contains over 30 species of North American and exotic, tropical free-flying butterflies and is the only insect exhibit of its sort in New York (and one of the only exhibitions of its kind in the Northeast) showcasing insects ranging from the most dangerous to the largest and most colorful.
Riverhead Raceway is a quarter-mile oval race course with a Figure 8 course, located in Riverhead, New York. Since Westhampton Raceway's closing in 2003, it is the only auto racing venue on Long Island. It started being developed in 1949 and opened as a dirt track in 1951, before completely transitioning to asphalt in 1955. The racetrack was also renowned for the tall Native American statue dubbed "Chief Running Fair" that stood at its entrance until it was devastated by Hurricane Sandy in 2012 but repaired by Christmas and is still standing in its original spot.
Finding a venue that accommodates a wide range of ages can be a difficulty for parents searching for a birthday party location. In addition to your child's classmates, there may be cousins, neighbors, and friends' children on the guest list; the ideal party location is a place where children of all ages, from toddlers to elementary schoolers, may enjoy themselves.
